GRC Collaboration

Through the past week, we have been in contact with a photovoltaics group from Glenn Research Center. After speaking to Dr. McMillon-Brown we have been offered the opportunity to collaborate on this project, allowing us to gain mentorship from experienced photovoltaics research and access to top-end lab space. Dr. McMillon-Brown has ideas regarding testing with a thermal vacuum chamber, however, designing a aluminum PCB to mount the cells on will be of paramount importance. As a result, the following objectives must now be met:

• Complete and have a design approved for said aluminum PCB using KiCad

• Determine company for manufacturing custom aluminum PCBs given Gerber files
